My name is Sebastião Ogando, and I am a lot of things.

I started my career in 2015 as a video editor, but I soon realized that dedicating myself to just one role meant condemning all my other sides to non-existence.

Today, what interests me most is not choosing between those universes, but finding ways to make them coexist across art direction, design, film, photography and everything that can happen in between.

It is exactly there, in the strange harmony of opposites, that I have found my way of thinking.

We tend to describe ourselves through certainties, as if a solid identity required a final definition. But whenever I settled on one, it quickly lost its validity.

Because it is impossible to define something that is constantly becoming.

But an identity that doesn’t take on a rigid shape is still an identity. Some might call it multidisciplinary. Others might call it indecision.

I like to believe I’m simply someone who works through several languages at the same time.

Some call that Art Direction.
